what is gained from a xr 200 head?

I want to put a xr 200 head on a 200x bottom end,but first I want to know what is gained from using the head?what other upgrades could I do with it?(I am thinking about a xr bottom end)what about a xr piston or anything?thanks

i think you might get a gain from the XR cam but i dont know about the rest of the head. if you are going to do a complete XR swap i would poke around and see if you can find one of the RFVC four valve motors.
