I want "adult" size on my ATC 70, any tips? Heres what this guy did, I like the ars a lot, just have no idea what they are from...

Those are called D-Bars. I had a used set on my R, until the throttle side decided to just break off one day. Almost All ATVs use 7/8" bars, with the exception of some minis, and you can use any bike or ATV bar that will fit between the clamps.
