ok so i bought this 1986 kawasaki 3-wheeler with a 185 4-stroke, shaft driven. Ok i tore the engine down new valves, new gaskets the works. So i got it all togeather today, STARTED ON THE SECOND PULL :D I WAS SO HAPPY!!! and that thing run great. SO i get on and put it in first gear expecting a great quick ride. AND NOTHING! now this thing has a auto-clutch on a 5-spd. so the engine revs all the way up and it just barely jerks to move, does this in all gear and reverse. So are the friction disks bad? or is it something else? Thanks, Matt

hi
no it is not your clutch plates or adjustment, that has two clutchs.
primary and a secondary. the primary is a centrifugal (like on a go-cart)
this is not engaging.if more and than slip it would your clutch plates or adjustment.
hope this help!!
