I'm not at all suprized. They are brand new! Never mounted, and over 30+ years old. To someone restoring a 1st gen. 90, this is a great find. To understand the value of N.O.S. parts, just look to true classic cars, and concours competitions. Repro parts just aren't the same as O.E.M. parts. If it's all about factory correctness and originality, and the dealership cannot supply the parts, a collector will pay most any price for his goodies. The rarer and better the part, the higher the price will be to obtain it!

Got an N.O.S. 48 Tucker fender?? You can pretty much name your price! Same thing here.

Wow, And to think I watched a complete set rot away in a neighbors garage 10 years ago. He had the rears like the ones for sale plus the front with the straight ribs. I would say that this could be a last chance buy for a serious restorer. I would however like to see them without being wet or armor all in their raw condition.

By the way these tires and that little atc90 would go places that you would not believe. The person mentioned above that let them rot away used to ride in the FL everglades and he could let the pressure down super low (nearly flat) and would ride across mud fields that you would literally sink up to your waist in.

Curtis.

They do say that good tires for the old us/atc 90 is that hardest part to find, and these are new. :TrikesOwn

look at this i haven't used ebay before but if someone bids why would they bid again before anyone else does yet???

It is the way eBay works, you enter your highest bid and eBay will bid for you. What you are seeing is someone else biding so the high bidder automatically has his bid raised to the next increment.
