Quand je start mon engine il run au slow et quand je fait 10-15 min avec, mon engine run faster .. what is the problem?

My english is horrible, sorry :P But.. When I start my 3 wheller this engine run slow.. 10-15 minutes later the engine run faster.. what is the probleme... and a white smog always go out of my muffler.. what i will change for this problem.. thx

Il est normal. Quand votre moteur est froid, il marche plus riche, et il marche plus lent, et il fumer. Vous n'avez une probleme.

en passant moi je parle tres bien francais
