ok bought a honda atc the other day the frame is a 200x shock and all other parts are from a 200x. The guy says he put a 250cc motor in it. I finally got around to reading the plate on the motor says 192 cc. This thing has a pull start, and a trans without a hand operated clutch. I want to have the numbers on the block ran but the dealership is closed. I dont even know how many gears it has because once i got it out of first the rear bearings started making a sound so i parked it untill i could fix that. i realise i probly got ripped off but it was 200 bux so i said what the hell. if anyone has anyidea what the deal is with this thing help me out. please the dealership dosnt open till tuesday and im not going to be able to sleep till i find out.

It probably has a 200es(has a h/l lever) or a 200m (no h/l lever) engine. Many people have been building auto-x's(a 200x with a 200 bigred engine).

Does it look like this bike? This is my auto x. It has the auto clutch 200s motor in it. Does it have a rear brake? Post some pics of it.

I would say 200s. Probably has the original 200x rear disk brakes on it.

i found a atv junkyard today that had a complete 200x and a ton of 200x frames. got the exhaust the front pipe, the complete air box and pipes for it and the rear brake lever. the owner of this place said mine was most likey was a 200s also but my question is he said i could have the running 200x motor for 150 is it worth it to change the motor back if all i want to do is trail ride.
