its a 200 engine of some sort auto tranny gears are 5 up not sure if its a 200s but n e way. i was doing wheelys up and down my block when all of a sudden it shut off. i walked it home and took out the spark plug... no spark...put my finger in the spark plug whole and no comprsion so now im like o NO.... so i take the the top end apart and it turns out that the timeing chain broke and the reason there was no comprsion was because the exhaust valve was held open after the timeing chain snaped so thats was a relief, i thought this was gonna be easy to get to the area behind the pull starter but i cant get the , i think its the ly wheel not sure. the thing thats the pull start turns wount come off so i cant get to the timing chain area ... if any 1 could help it would be great by the way i NEED a timing chain too lol i was taking the engine apart trailprotrailpro i had the chain juss because it broke today like 4 hrs ago. i have the whole top end off and stuff....and i was wondering if the is any kind of proformance mod i can do to the cam or w/e whiel its all apart.
thanx for the help

You need a pully puller to get that piece off. Thats what I have used.

Make sure that you didn't bend a valve when it stuck open. ;)

After you pull your flywheel off check the timing gear on the crankshaft and the one on the camshaft AND make sure there are no pieces of the chain inside the engine anywhere either. About that bent valve, see if it seats squarely. If there is any doubts take it to a machine shop.

yes do wat they said also take the oil screen cap off and remove the pieces of metal there will be some almost guranteed...it almost sounds like my 185s...it snapped 3 so far in the past 4 months...not good..i figured out it was the cam chain tensioner and since i got that fixed nothins been wrong with it...i had to take my bottom engine to the atv shop and have them get the flywheel off cause the puller i had didnt work...a flywheel puller is only like 10-20 bucks so its fairly cheap!..about the valve..if its bent u can go to www.denniskirk.com and get a new set for only like 40 or less
the bike you have im guessing from your description is a 200m..and if it is i know there where some diffrent things in the motor and the bike in genral compared to other 200's so check if there are interchangeable if you get one off another bike :) also about makin it peform bette...i would go with a 200x cylender cam and head if you can find one...at leas the cam its way more aggressive :D

would my stock piston fit the 200x head and every thing is the same whats the differences is it worth it ...... i still need to get this darn fly wheel off ........
im not exaxtly shure of the piston sizes..i belive the 200x is higher compresion as for the fly weel...take it to a machine shop and get them to rethered the fly weel threds that you striped and also get them to pop it off...or if you have a 3 arm puller....not exatly shure of the proper name....you can use that to pop it off... :D
