Honda ATC70 Recoil Starter Help. Do you Know?

Does anyone know if any of the parts from an ATC 90 or 110 recoil start will fit into the ATC70? Does anyone know where to get the internal parts for the ATC 70? Bought a bike and the recoil housing is empty not even the spring.

Just go through building one. The recoil spring from the 100/90 will not work. Way too big. Here is a list of what I got from Honda. All of the springs (3), dogs, e-clip, and the washers. I had all of the rest. The stuff in my list was not discontinued as of 3 weeks ago.
