The sprocket hub interferes with the carrier before the axle is all the way in. Granted, it's an aftermarket carrier(Lonestar) but it's the same diameter as the stock one. I can machine away some material and make it work but I would like to hear from others who have the same setup to see if they've had any trouble like this. The axle looks to be correct when placed alongside the stock one and compared.

Nevermind, I got it. I went ahead and machined away the excess material on the sprocket hub to clear the carrier while holding my breath as to whether I could get it to work. If it didn't, well "I own it now"!
You have at least $1000 on that rearend.

Yah, that's like an 86+ carrier DoOd!?!? But WTF you fab'd it in just fine IMO, and I think those carriers are a tad better than the 85 one to begin with.
