ok is it a good idea to go run a cam, lightened fly wheel, and bigger carb with stock compression (the piston and stuff is brand new just stock compression)

It won't hurt it any .... my question is, why would you go with all of that work and not pop a higher compression piston in there?. You are looking for more power, a hi-comp piston will deliver that. I know you said you have a new stocker in there but while you have the whole thing apart, it just makes sense to spend another $85 on the piston.

the new one isnt it its still in the box.(should get manual tuesday so i can rip the motor apart) i jsut dont want anything to over heat(so thast why i am going with stock compression because i dont want to waorry about that). will i get a ton more power if i add the 10.25 or something?

The best, most reliable way to get more power is to increase compression or displacement.
