I'm in the market for a sport atv. Definatly would like to get a trike (cuz well, trikes own) but I was wondering if the middle "hump" on deeply rutted trails really bothers anyone? How does it affect handling compared to riding a quad? Ride? I'm hoping its not that big of a deal. I can't really tell cuz I'm used to riding a 200 big red and all i can say is that the ruts are a pain sometimes cuz your front tire always wants to find a groove to the left or right. With former 225dx i noticed similar problems when ditch riding but overall not that bad with those cushy forks up front. With a quad your tires are all in the rut and with a bike you can just choose a side. Please share you experiences!

Seems to me you already answered ALL your questions & yes trikes suck when it comes to rutted trails / roads... that damn genetic Flaw again!?!?

However TRIKES RULE IN SAND where every direction is your destination!??! :TrikesOwn

Get a used Z400 IMO (or the Kawa / Cat platform same diff.)
