250r Reed question

Well i got some Boeyseen reeds for my 250r from jared. When i was putting htem in i noticed there is a spacer behind the stock reeds. Im wondering if i use that with the aftermarket ones. i put it together without the spacers. wonder if i did it right.
1st pic is the spacer that was below the stock reeds, 2nd pic is the new reeds in the cage.

I put in my Boeyseens the same way U did, & it works great. Didn't have that spacer in my stock setup though either? You're all right mang! :beer

Yea i put it together like that. Seems to have alittle bit better throttle response. Ought to really wake up once a put a pipe on it (probly Pual turner) And my Flat slide carb.
