Carb adjustment

Anyone have an idea of where to begin on carb adjustment on my 185S?

The carb was out of adjustment before the last time I took it apart to clean. And I have no idea where to begin.

Which screw is mixture and which is idle/air?

My tryke still won't idle and runs worse since I put it back together.

i think on the air gas mixture screw on the front of the carb by the bowl. you are soposed to turn it in till lightly seated then turn it out i think 2 turns and thats your starting point. i think i dont have my manual right here it might be 2 and a half.

Adjusting the idle screw has no effect at all. I figure I'll just end up getting a new carb. I'm running VERY rich and getting terrible mileage.
