My honda 200e runs great until it gets hot outside. When its hot out it wont idle. I turned the idle up but you almost have to turn it all the way in to make a difference and then it idles sky high. When it idles high it shifts mean when you take a higher gear. How do I fix this? Is it just a carb adjustment. Thanks for the help
