wiring diagram - 83 Honda 200 ATC

Hi, could anyone help me out please? A friend of mine just acquired an '83 Honda 200 ATC and the wiring is all messed up. Unfortunately a diagram is not to be found. i got a few manuals and don't mind scanning and sending to ya but wanna get it right the first time.

he thinks it's an e, but isn't sure. He's also interested in finding out if the plug on the left handle bar is for a safety kill switch. ya'll are the greatest, thanks
