I was driving over to my buddys yesterday morning to get ready to the derby and i seen this little Tri-zinger sitting at a garage sale for $150.. i bought it and brought it home in the back of the probe :p But any way,... I need some info on it. I know they are 2 strokes, And automatic right? if they arent i cant find a shifter anywhere. It wont run right now it is low on compression.. i mean really low.. my 4 year old nephew can pull the pull start all the way out easy. I fiqure it needs a new topend, they didnt even have the head tightend all the way down. Its supposed to have new rear brakes, carb rebuild, has a new muffler (not on it yet). And farily new rear tires.. my little nephew is having a ball just sitting on it.. not even runing.. lol. He dont get to ride it till he gets some gear. Also are the forks rebuildable on them?

nice find...yes they are automatics...just put it on start, pull it, then flip it to run, gas it and go. why would you need to rebuild forks on a bike with no front suspension?

It has front suspension. like 2" of travel. They drop all the way down when i sit on it. What years where they made? 85-86?? I need to find a vin so i can see what year mine is.

They dont have shocks, so theres nothing to rebuild. All they have up front are springs. They are made for a 35 - 50 lb rider, so the fact the springs compress when you sit on it is not an indication the "forks need rebuilt". Its an indication that you are too big for the front suspension to work as designed.

Yea i might be alittle too heavy for it.. lol.. Im ording some rings and a topend gasket set for it.. see if i can get it runing.
