Just wondering how yall clean the outside of the motor/crankcase/head? I have a layer of dried on dirt and mud on mine....what's the best way to get that motor looking good again?

Spray it down with Simple Green or Orange Blast/Grease Lightening, or Castrol Super Clean, let it sit for a while then spray it off (high pressure is best).
Good luck!

Oh ok, I'll try those cleaners on it....I tried using an electric powered pressure washere but it didn't do so good...might have to try a real one.

Use castrol superclean in a squirt bottle, DO NOT DILUTE IT! Spray it, let it sit atleast 20 minutes, squirt with water hose, repeat if nescarey. Once the bulk of it is off you can use an old sponge with superclean to get the film off. Be careful where you put the superclean once the surface is clean though, it can and will take paint off.
