I will have pics up soon, i picked it up for $300 it was missing the flywheel which im waiting on in the mail. other than that its in decent shape but has been setting for about 10 years or more. So far I have added some chrome rear wheels with a multitrac street tread tires, DG Header and silencer, PRM grab bar, and im getting a 34mm carb off of a 85 R for it. The seat is being recoverd right now two tone blue and white. Im ordering white replacement fenders for it and am painting the frame blue. Then i will have a custom 4+ swing arm made at my buddys shop to fit a 85/86 carrier and axle and a port and polish job. From there on ill just have to wait and see but will post pics time to time. Its gonna be the baddest 82 250R you guys have ever saw. :Bounce :beer :D :TrikesOwn

Are you sure you want to lengthen the swingarm???The short swingarm on the 81/82 R is its best feature....It makes wheelies effortless....

port and polish needs longer swingarm, how much longer depends on how aggressive the porting is...

85/86 axil? arnt the 81-84 R's right side drive?

You''ll need a 85-86 carb boot for the bigger carb. The stock is 27mm.I had to do the same to my 84 250r
