I was looking and found that the rear axle bearings are the same on a 86 125 and a 85 200s but the axles are diffrent part numbers, is it just length or something else? I want the rear axle off the 125 because the 200s's hubs are stripped and welded. Will it work?
Thanks Eric

i know that the the splines on the end are the same as my 185s so they are supposed to be the same as yours also, if the bearings are the same, that means that the diameter of the axle is the same also. if there is any difference in length at all, then the sprockets will probably not line either. i would find a trx 125 and back up to it and compare the width. if you want you can measure your width of your wheel width and i'll go out and measure my 125 and we can compare

If you look at what all machines those same size bearings fit then you would think that 25-30 different model axles would fit. Some of the machines that the same bearings are used in are: ATC90, 110, 125m, trx125, 185, 185s, 200, 200e, 200m, 200s, 83-85 200x and more. And that is just the Honda's. Some Suzuki's, Kawasaki's and Yamaha's use the same bearing.
I know the axles won't swap.
Hubs: The axle splines on a lot of machines are the same. There is probably 40 machines that the splines are the same.
