250R help, exhaust seal?

What is the thing i need to make it stop throwing trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro all over my motor its coming from the front of the motor where the 2 springs hold the exhaust on. Its coming from in between the exhaust and the motor? I'm new with 2-stroke's never delt with this problem.

You need to replace the seal where the pipe mounts to the cylinder or seal it up with something like red permatex. I use the red permatex at every joint on my pipes and have never had a problem with them leaking.

what is red permatex? Silicon?

Yeah, its a silicone. Permatex is the brand name. You can get it at most parts stores. They have different colors for different things. The red is probably the HIGH TEMP version.

You can also order the the new ring and seal for it. Mine was GONE, I just went to the dealer and got it. I think for both parts it was like $15.
