they are out there, from what I understand, the desert riders used them alot and is that a bigger plastic gas tank? cool item to have, don't really see why you need one on a trike(how much bump steer could you have???)

i have never seen one on a trike before but they are very poular on crotch rockets, they just keep it stiff so it doesnt jerk out of your and to much when going straight, like already said i dont see any sense in having one on a trike unless in the dessert when your are flat out flying.

Steering stabilizer. Also good for flat-out fire/logging road ripping.

Yeah but their made to go on the steering stem on the quads and require a little extra work to go on a trike. I've never rode anything that had one, but alot of people who race swear by them.

I don't have a digital camera, I'll try to borrow one for a picture of mine. It was made by Ram engineering. It has all of the original mounting brackets.

I have a steering satbilzer for a 250r quad(along with most of the quad in boxes), I might try mounting it on the trike.

Really Jared? I didn't think anyone carried them for trikes anymore. Maybe their actually made for dirtbikes and they work? Hmm interesting.

I think it would be cool to have as an old school part, but I'm not sure that it would help being on a bike with 1 steer tire as comparted to being on a quad with 2 steer tires. With two front tires your going to hit alot more things with the steer tires that will jar the steering as compared to one steer tire.

It really doesn't matter if you have 1 or 4 steer tires (as hrc calls them), your machine could be subject to a shimmy in the steering system, when ridden, driven, or flown at high speed. I included flown, because most tri-cycle geared aircraft have a shimmy dampener on the nose gear that damps out the rapid oscillations (shimmy) experienced during taxi, takeoff, & landing. When that nose gear shimmy dampener goes bad, you'll definitely know it, because the whole plane will be shaking like crazy, and the only way to stop it is to bring the plane almost to a complete stop.
