350x 250r forks

Hi can any one help are the forks on a 250r the same as 350x Thanking you ian

i am not sure but i think that the forks on an 83-84 250r are the same as the 350x's.

The fork diameters are the same from what I hear. The 'R' has ~2" more travel. Guess you can swap some of the 'innards' so that the 350X has more travel.

However, if you put the R forks on, you will need to put the R brakes and R hub and axle I'd assume. The 350X is a leading axle, while the R is a trailing axle. This will alter the brake setup too.

u can put on the r forks and still make them a leading axle just switch whiich side the go on someone on here has a nice white r with the leading style forks
