The ESR ATC5 pipe has alot more mid-top end power than the fmf. The fmf is kinda a woods pipe in comparison. I have also heard you can use a cr250 head gasket to bump up the compression because it is thinner. Do you have the top off of your airbox? :Bounce

I also heard if you eliminate the airbox and just run a short peice of pipe with a K&N it helps alot. But you can't do it if you ride in any mud or water. Check out rriders.com. I know there are some helpful tips there.

Go check out eddiesandersracing.com. You can get a 270, 280, 300, 310, 320, 330, 350, 370, and 380 big bore kits. You can also get them with power valves. You can buy a heads there with interchangeble domes to raise compression. You can send you cases, crank, and cylinder to them to be modified for maximum horse power. They also sell a kit to install the cr250 dirtbike ignition onto your engine because it is more powerful and makes the engine rev faster. You can buy an adjustable timing advance setup for your ignition and bump it up a couple of degrees for more power. Or you could just buy a CR500R dirtbike engine and swap it in.

I would recommend more agressive porting but since you are already at .100 over it would be a waste of money. For bolt on stuff how about a 38+mm carb.

Put your bike on a diet.Your wanting to race it I assume? Remove anything that is not required to make the bike go. Even the front brakes. Just a thought...

no, i dont really want to race it, just that the warrior is more power and less speed, and i am wanting more speed and medium power, and i am going to be riding lots of dunes and such now that summer is here, and that warrior just wont cut it for dune riding (air cooled, in high heat dunes, bad idea in my eyes)

plus, the warrior, its fast and all, but i like lots of speed, and i like using the front brakes for stoppies :D

Get on the Mooseracing website and look for a reed spacer as well look at V-Force for their v-force reed cage.
