Alot of people have been asking me whats involved in the 350x suspension swap. so I decided to post the details. If you are thinking of doing this conversion, you could save yourself alot of work if you bought this.Shock mount on Ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2483269062&category=43974)
Its the last one I have.
How to put a 350x suspension on your 200x
First thing you need to do is gather all the parts needed to do the swap.
Parts needed for the front...
1. forks
2. triple tree
3. front break caliper, break line and pads
4. front fender
5. headlight
6. 350x front rim, hub and axle (optional)
Parts needed for the back...
1. Rear shock
2. Modifided shock mount
Front-end
The front end swap is very easy. After you remove the 200x front-end, cut off the steering stop tray on the front head tube. Now you can install the 350x front-end. A new steering stop will need to be welded in place so that the new forks don't hit the gas tank. (See pic)

Also you will notice that the bearing posts on the two tripple trees are set at different angles. the 350x tripple tree will set your forks parrellel to the head tube. The 200x forks don't run parrellel to the head tube they are set so the forks are kicked out. This is why when you add a 350x front-end you dont get a "chopper" look. The front suspension swap will add about 2" in lenth and about 2" to the height.
If you plan on re-using you 200x front rim hub and axle, you will need to cut the bushing that centers your wheel. the 200x bushing is too long and will make your wheel off center. Just cut some off and your good to go. Its not a big job, and can be done when you are ready to attach the front wheel. that way you can see exactly how much needs to be removed.
Rear-end
The rear shock swap is more dificult, only because it involves making a new mount.
One way is to convert the 350x shock mount. To do this you will have to narrow the mount so that it is the same size as the 200x mount width wise (so that it fits where it bolts on the swing-arm) The 350x mount is wider. After the mount has been narrowed it will need to be cut and a extention piece welded in place. (See pic... side by side with stock 200x mount)

I would say that about 4" is gained at the fenders. and since the 350x shock is beefier it will allow you to jump higher without bottoming out. Also riding double will no longer kill your fenders.
I recomend that if you do the 350x suspension swap, that you also add an extended swingarm and an extended axle.
It just makes sence that since you have added height to you trike that you should also add to the width (for stability porposes)
Here are a few more pics so you can compare and see how much is gained. The animated pic is without the rear shock.
