Hey guys, l just got this thing a few weeks ago. It was in great condition....all I did was put a new gray seat cover on it, re-paint the rims, add a few decals, and cleaned it up a little bit. I am in need of the little black plastic choke button on the left handlebar by the start button...any ideas on where I could get one of those?

You will have to buy the whole dang thing. People wont sell them in pieces like that because then the rest of it wont be worth much. You should be able to get one for under 35 dollars. Then you will have a backup for the head light kill switch etc...

Yeah I was hoping I wouldn't have to buy the whole choke system....too bad there isn't a atc/atv "junkyard" where you can go snatch little parts like that.

Hey didnt see that you were from Baton Rouge. I grew up in Denhamsprings. Live in Georgia now though. Anyway T-racks in Zachary, LA has a load of three wheeler parts. You could find what you need there. They are a little pricey on some things but not too bad.
Go Tigers!!!

No problem man. If im not mistaken its on HWY 51. They have a crap load of 3wheelers out back. I mean a LOAD. Lol. I bought a ignition and key from them a month ago. They have a couple 87s there. By the way I have a 87 also. I also know a guy thats in the process of making 87 stock decals for the whole bike. Im sure he will sell you one when he gets them made. I will let you know when he gets them ready. I have been working with him to create them. I get a set free. :D
Have a good one.

Thats a nice original 250es you have there. Good to see that some people dont beat the trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro outta their machines like the farmers do down here.
Take care of it and itll last a lifetime......or two.

Have you tried www.partsfish.com for your stickers? I seen a few different sticker sets for the Big Red on ebay as well.
BTW,Welcome to the site!
