The gas wont stop flowing from the overflow. the guys earlier told me to bend the metal piece thats on top of the needle seal. Now that I did that it leaks from everywhere all three holes.

I don't think you bent the right thing. The tab you bend is: on the floats themselves, they are connected in the middle by a piece of metal. Right in the middle of that metal is a little tab that holds the plunger that stops gas flow into the bowl. You can bend that tab and control how much gas goes into the bowl. If you put the floats on the carb with the plunger in there (like you were putting it together), you can move the floats up and down and see when the top of the plunger makes contact with the bottom of the hole (which would stop the fuel flow). If you can push the floats all the way up into the bottom of the carb and the plunger hasn't seated yet, it won't stop the flow of gas. Hope this helps.
