85200xer, as far as the cam chain tensioner,,, i will pass on giving that info cuz it ain't real clear in my manual as to any adjustments. or at least how i am reading it. book is telling me how to take it tee-totaly apart + checking out parts plus reassembly,,,,,,

good luck, john

The clearance is .003 in. or .08mm. Take off the valve covers, loosen the 10mm nuts on the top of the lash adjusters, and turn the screw in the center untill it is snug aginst the feeler guage. I usually leave the feeler guage in, and tighten down the 10mm nut. Its more tricky than it sounds because of space avaliabilty on the 350X. The cam chain has no real adjustment, it self tightens.

you are good with words hemi,,, i would have had a 12 paragrph thing going trying to spit it out.
i would like to add that the machine needs to be at top dead center on the compression stroke,,, both valve sets will feel slightly loose. this needs done before setting the valves

i bought one of those valve-feeler gauge sets last year and it really makes it easier. only has 2 feelers on it, 3 + 4 mm and both have a bout a 30 degree bend right at the end, just the right angle for doing valves.

I should also add, the machine should be completly cold and at 70F preferably.

for your cam chain tensioner, its self adjusting. but if you want to make sure it isn't stuck, rewind it. remove the tensioner center bolt located on the right side of the cylinder in the back. You'll probably have to remove the headers to access. then insert a small flathead screwdriver and turn the adjuster clockwise untill it stops. then just turn the adjuster counterclokwise a very small amount and the tensioner will unwind into the correct position.
