350x to part or not to part

Hey guys I have a 1985 350x. I bought it to restore but new baby forces sale. I hate to part it out but I wonder if I would get more for it that way. It is 100% complete, but needs to be restored. Any advice would be helpfull I am hoping to get about $350.00 for it.

How much do you want for the cylinder head, valve cover assembly, and cam? I could really use them for my 350X.

lol.. Well its better for you though! I knew it was going to go for some good $$$$$. I think thats good. You hardly can't get a nice looking seat these days anymore.
