YT125 to YT175 swap HELP

I have a question for the vast wisdom of this board. I have a 1984 YT125 and had heard about people switching the cylinder to one from a YT175. First question is a cylinder from an 83 175 fit? Next question is will I have to change the carb or anything else (will the YT125 exhaust bolt up)? And my last question is the gasket where the cylinder meets the bottom end will be the same correct? Thabnks for all the help guys.

I believe that you will need everything on the top end of the 175 (cylinder, head, piston, exhaust, and carb). Im not sure about the rod, but think you can keep the 125 rod.
