I tried to identify my 3wheeler with the ser # but nothing seems to match up close. If someone could help out it would be appreciated. The number is
JH3TB0510CCXXXXX the last 5 X's are numbers. Thanks

One thing I know is that it definitely is honda... On the cylinder jug it should say xxx cm3. If you could give us that number, it would also help.

Well, from the limited info provided, it's a 1982 200cc Honda 3 wheeler, built in Saitama Japan.
Does it have a sub-tranny(ATC200E) or not(ATC200).

Going by that serial number I am 95% sure it is a 1982 Honda ATC200e. It is electric start, chain drive, it has a Hi/Lo range sub tranny, 25x12x9 tires, it should also have front and rear racks. Did I describe it good enough?

Thanks, the sticker in the front is mostly missing and there is
no plastic or tank. I was guessing by the # at a 83 but wasn't sure.
Thanks for the help.....
