I have been working on a friends 1982 atc200 for a while now, and it is time to put the thing back together. He just wants it to run with little cost as possible. Which means he doesn't want to buy a manual for this rebuild, and I can't see any use buying one if I have no use for it besides this one time. And all I am doing is rebuilding the top end. What I need is the torque specs for the bolts in the top end. Mainly the four long stud bolts and the one long bolt that holds the jug and head on, and the bolts that hold the valve cover on, and the two bolts that hold the cam gear to the cam. And any other specs you might think I need, I think that is basically it though. oh and if anyone knows the valve clearance for this also it would be helpful. Like I said it is a 1982 ATC200 plain. Thanks

i sure wish the mrs. hadn't dumped her martini on the scanner,,,, makes it alot harder for me to give info from my manuals !

6mm bolts are 6-9 ft.lb.
8mm bolts are 13-14 ft.lb.
cam spocket bolts 6-9 ft.lb.
pulse rotor bolt 6-9 ft.lb.
decompression bolt 4-5 ft.lb.
valve adjuster cover 7-14 ft.lb.
valve adjuster screw locknut 10-13 ft.lb.

valve clearence for both intake + exhaust is 0.002 inch ( 0.05mm )
