i agree ,low rise bars are the only ones wide enough to fit into the clamps.you may have to make new hash lines with a hammer and chisle to ensure a good grip under the clamps.i think that the low bars gave my bike a more stable feel. i took my wrenches with me on the first ride so i could tweek the bars to the perfect position ,and i only paid 17 bucks for the bars

Well, I've been looking at CR High bars since I am so tall. Haven't bought them yet, but MR ATC had a set of CR lowbars on his 400X project bike when I went and saw him a few weekends back.

I had a set of dirtbike bars on mine when I bought it. They were too narrow. I'd measure the distance between the clamps before I'd buy a pair. The Freakfix hooked me up with a stock OEM pair awhile back that I ended up switching over to OEM at Trikefest.

i cant stand the high bars, im 6' 1", and i just hated the feel of them, the cr low bend almost exactly matches the stock 85 R bend, dont go with those cheap moose and other brand bars, there is a reason there so cheap, i bent a couple pairs into banana's and then said screw it and bought a set of FMF 909 cr low bend aluminum bars ,and these bars have been to hell and back and still look brand new, not even a tiny bend in them from going end over end a couple times.., only marks on them is scratches from the clutch perch turning on them from flipping.

heres a couple pics i just snapped for you to check out, i put them on my friends 350x a couple months ago and he loved the feel of them and went out and bought a set., just make sure its cr250 low bend.. definatly worth the $90, ive also had renthals before in the same style and bend, but they didnt hold up any better then the moose crap, and its not that a wreck alot or anything, i've even had moose bars bend from flatlanding a jump before...
