Need Help FAST

I've been riding my new 85 250R....the midrange and top end are good to go, but when I first give it gas in any gear it bogs a little before it kicks in. In other words it bogs at the zero to 1/4 throttle point. I am running the stock filter and and FMF Fatty pipe. I'm not good with carbs yet..help? Thanks!

Is the air filter clean? I would probably try moving the needle clip up 1 notch and test run it, make sure you do some plug checks to make sure its not to lean.
