will this fit?

hey,will a 1983 honda atc 200 engine bolt directly into a 1983-1985 200X frame or does it have to be modified?I remember reading that someone on this board has done this.

The motor will bolt right in. The thing to remember is you must use the 200x intake manifold and exhaust.
The big changes that will need done are: the peddle and linkage for the rear brake and the wiring will need minor modifications.

Mine should go pretty good considering that I have a 12:1 wiseco high compression kit in it :beer

its a fair bit harder then stock to start but it dosn't bother me at all.

mine runs fine on supreme gas.

the 200S shift lever wont work on it either you have to use a 200 or somethin close to it the S shifter is to long
