Yeah it's up, they changed the big red shift pattern the next year on the 250es. On the 200es, all gears are DOWN

Yeah, neutral is all the way up0. What were they thinking? I go from my 350X to the Big Red and can barely ride it because the shift is backwards.

You are all right!!! I own two 200es's and 4 250r's and was riding the 250r today and it must have screwed with my brain. Sorry, I will think more next time.

Neutral-All the way up
1st-1 click down
2nd-1 click down from 1st
3rd-1 click down from 2nd
4th-1 click down from 3rd
5th-1 click down from 4th

ok i am working on this trike for a guy and it wont go into neutral i think something locked up is sat for a year un ran

My 200es was neutral all the way down......Its an aussie thing :D
