its not just for the 83 R ya know?, it can be used on 81-84,, there werent specifically made, that one kits fits 81-84,, also, notice the 81/82 on the box?, .... if you'll never tell how much you paid for it, then why did you tell me 300? oops, was i spose to say that :)

paid more than 300 just jerking trailprotrailpro chain oh btw it says on the papers with it, it will not work on 81 250R!

It will, but you have to do some clearancing to make it fit.
