I believe I saw that bike on ebay before (must not have reached the reserve).

Strange how it was made in april of 86, but its an 87 model. I guess its just what decals and features they use. That was probably on of the first 87's made.

That's just the way it works. They make them the year before. Same with cars/trucks.

My 1998 f-150 was made Nov 1997.

They make them the year before they sell them.
