Anyone have any idea what the rarest trikes would be(brand, not year and nothing with a Briggs). I would say the nominees would be Cagivas Tigers Scramblers....how many of each are on the board

i have seen more people w/ tigers than w/ cagiva's and scramblers so i would say cgiva's or scramblers are the rarest out of them

As far as I know, myself and 3tigers are the only ones on here w/ cagivas.

I was thinking Cagiva was probably the rarest -theres so little about them. There must be what 5 or 6 scramblers and 10+ tigers on the board. I suppose for Briggs motor type trikes the Taurus would have to take it

do you have a pic of the whole trike or just the seat? how long did it take you to find one of them? and how much do they usually go for when you do find one?

I think you actually say it like Cah-tee-vah. or something like that. It says on the Cagiva page of 3WW.

I don't know if we know enough about them. No one had even heard of one...so it may have been privately made...rare yes. At least we can prove these others were in some form of production

The proper name of this machine is: SASQUATCH

I can say without any doubt these where production machines.
Some of what I know: They were made in the USA ( company is out of buisness now ). They used a 340cc Kawasaki Industrial grade 4 stroke motor ( similar to a briggs ), and a belt drive ( similar to a snowmobile ). The frame is made from square tubing, they have a rear rack stock, they even have rear suspension ( sp? ).
The company that made these actually sold these as other models also. I know of a total of 1 SASQUATCH and 2 of at least 1 other model that is very similar.
How do they ride? I can't answer that. Maybe someday I will be able to. ;)

How do I know about these? After dealing with a lot of 3 wheelers for over 15 years years you get to see and ride a lot of different machines. ;) ;)

You know that 1 Cenex-Manco I bought off of BikeBoneYard has a 340ish Kawasaki Industrial Engine and is belt driven. Could be related. My other Manco has a Briggs

Can you get me some pictures of the rearend / drivetrain and send them to me? I will check to see if it is related. ;)

As for as the Taurus is conserned there was aprox. 1000 total built over two years. I am gathering lots of info right now to make a page for my site. I have parts manuals, owners manuals, and contact with several trikes. There are still "brand new" unassembled Taurus's here in Canada that I could build if I had the money.
