conversion of brakes 86 SX

Have any of you guys tried this?? Can i put 350x disc brakes on a 86 250SX. IF so how much stuff would i have to change over. I know i would have to get a new rim & tire for the front but what else?

You would need the whole front end - forks, axle, hub, wheel, tire, and fender. I have a 85 200X front end on my 85 Big Red. You must measure the triple tree center post to see if it will fit your frame.
