??? I wonder what frame it would have? I think you can do some cutting on a 350x frame to make it work but it would be nice to know which frame that one is in.

For me it's a motorcycle frame modified into a 3-wheeler. Too cool!!!! I just want one like this one.
It's a converted CR500 dirt bike. I bet the only 250R parts on it are the fenders, seat, and axle/hub components.
Look closely at it. The gas tank and shrouds are definitely not 250R. The forks are not 250R. Look how far down they go past the axle. and at the same time how far they are slid up into the triple clamps, not to mention the larger diameter of the tubes. AND they are "leading" axle forks and 250Rs have "trailing" axle forks. If they were 250R forks turned around you would see the disc brake on that side. Those are CR forks with a set of custom triple clamps.
The swingarm is custom too. It's basically a CR500R dirt bike frame with about the only mods being the mods required to mount the rear fender and I believe the rear fender/seat swings up and to the rear so you can kick start the rear-ward kicking motor. To me, the sub-frame looks allot taller than the sub-frame on a 250R too. and the position of the rear master cylinder and rear shock reservoir is quite different from a 250R frame too.
It's a CR DIRT BIKE CONVERSION. Not an ATC conversion. I've never seen it in person, but it's one of my favorites I've seen in pictures. The pic's been around a while. It looks great.

You are all wrong. It's a Honda ATC70 conversion. The owner changed the frame, tank, engine, wheels, forks, electrics, axles, seat, fenders, exhaust, brakes and heaps of other stuff but it did start out as a 70. If you blow up the picture 20x you can see a 70 tire pressure sticker on the Cowsay.
