valves adjusting on 250sx

I every body i need to adjust my valves on my 250sx 85
and i don't know what's the clearance for intake and exhaust valves
and where is the position mark of the crank for adjusting the valves

.008mm or .003 inch is the gap + you line up on the "T" mark ( on the compression stroke if i remeber correctly ,,, t.d.c. )
