I bought new hub nuts, because I didn't have any, and when I went to try them to make sure they were the right ones, on one side, the threads are #&$*^ed!!!! it is almost SMOOTH!!!! I don't think a die can fix it.
Does anybody know if any other axle will fit?
Does anybody have a 200x axle for sale or an axle that will fit?
I also need the splined rear sprocket mount.
Hook me up ppl, please!!!!

check Ebay for an axle.

I'd take it out and take it to a machine shop with a lathe and have them chase some new threads on it. My dad and I have done this with our lathe numerous times.

how bad are the threads? I had some messed up threads and used a thread file to fix them. the file was cheap $10, you can get it from snap-on.

On one side, it's SMOOTH on the end to about a 1/4 of the way in, and then the rest are pretty bad. The other side isn't that bad.
I was figuring on taking them to a machine shop and getting them rethreaded, doesn't that make it a size smaller?
I figure that'd be cheaper than getting a whole new axle, ebay or otherwise.
I don't think the thread file would work

yes, it would make it smaller, enough that the stock bolt won't fit right, is this for a 83-85 or 86/87 200x, if 83-85 you'd be better off getting another axle, as also you will have to have a new nut make for the new threads. Also a good excuse to go buy a extended axle. 86/87 axles are hard to get, get the 86/87 rethreaded and have the custom nut made.

I've got an extra rear axle you can have for $40, fits '83-'85. located 45 min so. of Portland, OR.

It will make it smaller and you'll have to use a different nut...but different sized nuts are better then no nuts at all, right? Hmmm.... ;)

I just wanted to get the damn thing running, but she's being a money hungry pig, I may just buy another axle, I would like an extended axle, but I can't afford a new one, I just want to get something used, I might be getting one from bobr on this board, but if not, I'll msg you powerwagon
