O.K. working on an 85 250r. Running 86 carb. When I had the stock exhaust on there, it ran and idled good. Installed a fmf pipe and silencer. Would not idle. Figured it was now lean so installed the largest pilot jet I had; 42. Was running a 35. Even with the idle turned all the way up it still wont idle, tho it seems better than before. Do I need to keep going up w/ the pilot or move the needle or what? Seems to run out of fuel when it tries to idle.
