my bro recently purchased a atc 90 .. it pulls real good seems to have plenty of compression .. carb needs rebiult cus ut has been sitting awhile but we was trying to get spark and have no spark at all .. where should we start it find the problem as to why there is no spark????we got a points kits just have not put in yet... also we used a test light while pulls starting on some wires coming from the stator and no power there either...is it the stator??? sorry for the book we just wanna get this bad boy running ...
