According to my clymer manual the only difference between the 90, 110, and 125m is the cylinder and head. Of course you would have to use the 125 rod too.

so I would have to use the 125 crank, jug, rod and piston? And then use the 110 head, right I measured and the 125 head its to long for the bolts.

once it's together roll it over by hand and make sure there is nothing hitting. according to my manual the heads are the same.

I am going to be the bad news guy here......
The heads on the 84-85 125m and the 110's are different. If you look at how they bolt on you will see the difference.
I am not sure on the crank and rod though. I would assume those are different also because the 125m has electric start. Thus the left side of the crank may ( should ) be longer.
If you have a 86-87 125m that you were hoping to use, you can completely forget it. Those are completely different motors than either the 84-85 125m's and the 110's. ;)

Iwas going by the clymer manual which says the bottom ends of the 90, 110, and 84-85 125m are virtually identical. The only difference they state is in the top end. Sorry if I missled you I won't trust clymer any more.
