How much does your local machine shop charge to remove broken bolts? My guy charged me 10 bucks per bolt, one bolt was messed so bad he put a Heliocoil in, and the other he drilled a hole in it and chipped it all out, then tapped it. Only took him like 15 mins, he's good! To top it all off, I can get my cylinder honed in shop class for free, not bad eh? Heeheehee. (BTW this is for my YTM200). Now all I have to do is buy a bunch of bolts to replace the got damn phillips heads screwsm then buy my gasket kit, slap 'er all together and I got Old Yeller back! YEEEEEEE HAW! Once I get the engine broke in, I'm gonna give a detailed Shootout report of 1983 Yamaha YTM200 vs. a 1985 Yamaha Tri-Z. Later!
