What size is a '83 front rim?

Did a search and no luck. Found a gold front rim for son's Atc. He wants a gold one :rolleyes: lol! Anyways, will a 1983 fit his '84 front end? What rim size is '83? I measured his bolt pattern which is 4x8" or 4x203? Tire size of son's is 23.5x8x11
