What Will Interchange With Alt185

Gday,

A guy i know needs parts for his alt185 which locked up due to no oil getting into the topend. He needs cam, head, valves etc. What quads/2 wheelers/ trike parts will interchange with this trike.

As far as the topend is concerned, you are limited to either LT185 quad, or ALT185 trike. All other parts are the same as the ALT125, and LT125.

Dan is right on the money here. ALT185 and the LT185 are the onlt top end that is the same ( 185's ). You can put a ALT or LT125 top end on there also.
You need parts?? Don't look to far!! If you want I think I can list the needed items on Ebay for you ( next week ).

This post is a bit old but I found out that the top end of a 83-85 suzuki 125 roadbike will work on the alt125 and 185. The roadbike has a tacho, but you can get a plug for the bit on the head so no oil leaks out, or you can use the tacho :D We are putting it on the alt185 soon.

I think it is a gs125 :confused: :confused: :confused: Not too sure though.
