what the heck are these made of ? i know mines home made beacouse the cut on the side where the holes are driled isnt straight. but yet it the same material as the lower chain slide/roller/guide. ps this is on a 85 200x. what i can tell the original color of the material was white its stiff but yet a little flexable. bends make to shape slower then plastic.
any oen got any ideas?

Most likely just a hunk of nylon. I have some here that I made some sliders from.
They are probably Delrin, which is a trade name for acetal plastic. You can get Delrin stock in white or black and have a machine shop make you a new one. Or make it your self.
I recently made some chain rollers out of delrin. It's tough stuff and machines pretty well.
The WestCoast Swingarm I have on my Tri-Z came with two Delrin plates mounted on the top and bottom for chain sliders.

thanks i got a nice good thick chunk of it. now i got to go cut it and run it through the table saw so i can get the chain to fit in to 2 grooves.
