First. what year xr cam can a 200x use? and whats the advantage?

Second. is it that difficult to rebuild the top end in my 200x? is there any special tools required?

Third. do the valve seals have to be pressed in on my top end?

Fourth. Do the valves have to be removed for the seals to be put in?

How do you change che cam chain? Do i have to take the bottom end off to get it around the bottom sprocket or is there an easier or diff. way?

Is there anything i should be aware of, dont do, or double check when i rebuild the top end?

last. Are the 200x's valves bigger then the other honda atc 200"s like the 200e 200s and the others?

Hey i know this is kinda late to reply to one of these but i can answer part of this one!!
Ok all you need for tools least this is what i used were metric wrenches and metric allen wrenches and a small screw driver to hold the timeing chain and to make takeing the head and jug apart more simple. To take the timeing chain off i had to replace the case anyways so i took both off and replaced both and remeber to replace the one timeing chain tensioner. The top end is simple to rebuild and it realy helps to have a manual. The hard part that i found was the timeing i had a hard time figuareing it out but i finally got it and it fired up after 10 kicks monday night. The valves i brought in to get new ones and have the head polished and kinda ported i got new springs and all the stuff for the valves and i had them install it thats what i did with them. And the XR 200 im not sure what year it will fit i think it would fit all but im just guessin. And the head of the 200S, 200X, and 185S i have noticed are the same. I hope im not to late i just got done rebuildin mine and was lookin through here and noticed this post. hope it helps!
